To Fans of Sinclair Lewis and his Legacy in Sauk Centre:

Renovation Update:

As you know, the Sinclair Lewis Foundation of Sauk Centre has been in a multi-year process of restoring and preserving our only physical assets: The Sinclair Lewis Boyhood Home and Carriage House. The first phase is complete: Boyhood Home foundation stabilization, floor joist strengthening, water drainage (exterior) and Carriage House stabilization. The second phase involved new roofs on both structures, second floor porch repair and water proofing, porch foundation tuck pointing, siding repair/replacement on both structures, etc. The Boyhood Home and Carriage House are looking good, with all of the renovations to them. Please stop in and visit. Our next project was the landscaping around the house, this add so much character to the outside of the Boyhood Home, thank you to everyone who had a hand in the project, your hard work really paid off. We are sure that Red would approve. Thank You to everyone for your assistance and patience, during our renovation project(s)
